Upstate Utility Services is a utility construction company headquartered in Binghamton, New York. Founded in 2018, we've grown 14x in under four years — from a small crew to a team of 30+ skilled professionals working across New York and Pennsylvania with expansion underway into new states.

We operate three divisions — Utility Power, Utility Communication, and Electrical — serving municipal utilities, ISPs, telecom providers, solar developers, and private commercial clients. Our work spans overhead and underground power distribution, fiber optic network installation, commercial and industrial electrical services, and renewable energy interconnections.
